WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to almost all areas of Oahu, Hawaii.

 HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery is always free. We can deliver to your home or office in Oahu, Hawaii.

WILL MY FOOD STAY FRESH?

If you aren’t available, the delivery driver will generally leave the package at your door. Your food will stay fresh for 2-3 hours inside our ice packed cooler bags.   In certain areas, you may be able to provide additional delivery instructions when creating your account, such as asking the package to be left with a doorman or neighbor.

WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Your delivery will arrive Mondays between 8am and 5pm.  We start delivery in Honolulu, then Central Oahu, then North Shore, and then Winward Coast.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a specific delivery time. However, you do not need to be there to sign/accept your delivery and it can be left somewhere based on your delivery instructions. Be sure to email us for any unusual circumstances and we will try to accommodate!

WHAT IF I LIVE IN A GATED COMMUNITY?

There are a few options:

  1. If you have a buzzer code for your building you can provide us with that so the driver can leave the box in your lobby or at your door. You can tell us your code on the order note section of our checkout page while placing your order
  2. We can deliver the box to your office.
  3. You can ask a neighbor to accept the delivery.

Hopefully one of these solutions will work!

 IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION?

While there is no contract, we are a weekly subscription. You can pause or cancel your account any time before the cut off time of 48 hours prior to your subscription billing day (which is the day of the week that you originally signed up for the subscription plan of your choice).  

If you pause or cancel within or after 48 hours of your subscription payment day (which is the day of the week that you originally signed up for the subscription plan of your choice), you will receive a credit for the meals that was paid if pausing your meals. If you are cancelling your subscription, you will receive the meals in your subscription plan for that week.  We do not offer refunds of any kind once your subscription has been renewed (which is 48 hours prior to your subscription payment day of the week).

MEAL PERSONALIZING?

Q: I want to shred fat and get a six pack! Will you design a specific program of when and what to eat and at what times? 

A: While we do promote a healthy lifestyle and our meals will help you achieve that, however, our meals are not specifically designed for personalizing.

We have many options that will help you achieve your goals because our meals are made fresh with minimal salt, good healthy oils, organic brown rice and many organic vegetables.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

Our minimum plan is 5 meals per week.

HOW DOES THE PRICING WORK?

We believe in simple pricing. Each plan has once price, billed once per week.

WHAT IS THE ORDER DEADLINE?

Our deadline for orders is every Friday at 5 pm. If we do not receive a new order for you, you will receive the same meals from the previous order that you placed.  If you place your order before this time or make meal changes to an existing plan it will arrive the following Monday.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO PLACE MY ORDER EACH WEEK?

If we do not receive a new order for you, you will receive the same meals from the previous order that you placed. Many of our customers only change their meal selections every few weeks.

HOW DO THE WEEKLY PLANS WORK?

When you sign up for one of our plans you will receive one delivery each week on Monday. This will include all of the meals you ordered, each in a microwaveable, freezer safe tray.

HOW DO I PAUSE OR SKIP A WEEK?

DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEW?

Yes, we will send you weekly deliveries based on what you have selected on the menu, your previous order items selected, or via random selection if you have made no selection.

HOW DO I COOK THE FOOD?

Your meals arrive prepared and refrigerated. Reheat to your preference. We recommend microwaving 2-3 minutes or to desired temperature or placing food in an oven-safe dish and preheat to desired temperature.

DO YOU USE ANY PRESERVATIVES IN YOUR FOOD?

No. All of our meals are prepared fresh. 

WHY IS Hawaiian FIT MEALS A HEALTHY OPTION?

While we’re not a diet or calorie restrictive service, cooking with fresh ingredients helps you stay healthy and beats any type of convenience food, frozen food or fast food. By preparing your meals with fresh ingredients ensures important nutrients aren’t lost. We avoid heavy sauces that add calories but little nutritional value. We also avoid processed foods that don’t provide health benefits. We believe when healthy food is convenient and enjoyable it’s easier to stay on track. Our goal is to provide long term health benefits rather than short term weight loss.

HOW LONG DO THE MEALS LAST?

Our meals are good for 5-7 days when kept refrigerated. If you plan on eating them beyond 5-7 days, we recommend freezing them.
